The Hubirds
A fantasy novel by ShDausi · First edition 2026
They live among us, in an alternative plane of existence of their kind. They live under the same sky and sleep under the same stars. The only divergence is that they remain unseen.
Beings of light and flesh
What if the things people mistake for ghosts, angels and demons are none of the above? What if they are an entirely different kind of being, part human, part bird, created from light and flesh?
The Hubirds live in a parallel plane, invisible to human eyes unless they choose to be seen. They glow. They fly. They can read memories, take human form and move between worlds. And one of them has gone rogue.
Two worlds, one sky
Humans and Hubirds share the same earth, invisible to one another until now.
Beings of light and fire
Pure Hubirds glow with brilliant light. The corrupted burn with lava in their veins.
Memory and identity
Hubirds can search human memories, take human form and transfer powers between worlds.
68,000 words
